My story
I’ve always been fascinated by health and the human body. Studying Neuroscience deepened that curiosity—especially how nutrition impacts our brain, mood, and daily function. That insight sparked my journey into nutrition, and for a while, I followed what I thought was the dream: working in elite sport, supporting Premier League footballers and international cricketers.
But over time, I noticed the cost. The high-pressure environment didn’t align with my values, and my own health started to suffer—chronic back pain, stress, and symptoms I couldn’t ignore. My body was speaking, and I finally listened.
That moment changed everything.
I stepped away to focus on my own healing. I discovered mindfulness, Pilates, emotional awareness, and the grounding power of nature. I began to feel stronger—physically and emotionally. The pain eased. The stress softened. But more than that, I started to feel real joy again. I had the inner resources to cope with the ups and downs of life.
I realised that the body can heal itself—when it’s given the right environment. This was a huge turning point for me. I began to rebuild trust in my body, knowing that it was on my side—that it wanted to thrive, and that I could work with it, not against it.
Food, movement, and mindfulness stopped being things I should do, and became powerful tools for feeling amazing, for growing, and for showing up fully. They became my superpowers—not just to care for myself, but to have the capacity to care for others, too.
And that’s when it clicked: true wellbeing isn’t just about what we eat or how we move—it’s about how connected we are to ourselves.
Now, I help others return to that connection. Through food, movement, and mindfulness, I guide people back to their bodies—so they can feel more energy, ease, and alignment in their own lives.
This is what I’m here for. And I believe the body always knows the way back.
